An item I like is out of stock. Will it be restocked?


While we do our best to keep our most popular items in stock and restock them when they sell out, this is not always possible. You can help ensure your favorite clothing item is restocked by filling out the waiting list form for the sold-out item you want.


Unfortunately, we cannot give a timeline for when items will be restocked. However, we restock items every day, so be sure to check back often. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of restocks and restocks.


Does your clothing come in a standard size?


Our items do not conform to a specific size standard. We carefully select from a wide range of manufacturers, most of which have their own sizes. That being said, our sizes are equivalent to youth clothing sizes, not women's sizes. Before selecting items for your shopping cart, you can view our helpful size chart. It provides a general idea of ​​the size you need. For individual items, the information on the product page will let you know if the item runs large, small, or true to size. If you would like to know the exact size of a particular item, please feel free to email us.


When will I receive my order?


We ship Monday to Friday. Orders typically ship within 48 hours, depending on the day and time you purchase. If you place your order before 10:00 AM, it will most likely ship the same day. No shipments are made on weekends or holidays.


I live outside of the United States. Can items be shipped internationally?


Of course! We also ship orders to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, among others.


Do you ship to PO Boxes? What about APO Boxes and Military Addresses?

I need to return an item. What do I do?


Non-sale items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. We offer store credit. Returns will be processed within 1-5 days of receipt. Returns must meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy. If your item qualifies, we will send you a store credit code via the email address you provided when you ordered. If your return qualifies for a refund, your original form of payment will be refunded.


The item I ordered doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?


Of course you can! Exchanges are easy. Purchase the new size or item you want and write your new order number on the receipt you received for your previous order. Return your previous order to the address listed above. Within 3-6 days, your return will be processed and the cost of your original purchase will be refunded..
